Refund policy
We have a no-refund policy on all products. However, we are more than happy to send out a replacement if your purchase isn’t at the highest level of quality, or exchange for a different scent if product hasn't been used. All our products are hand-poured / handmade.
Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrive damage, please retain all packaging and contents of package, take photos, and contact us immediately.
