Handcrafted: Our candles are handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to their handmade nature, each candle may have slight variations in color, texture, appearance, or material. We can't guarantee every candle is exactly the same. These variations should be considered part of the unique charm and character of the handmade product. 
Fragrance Variations: We strive to maintain consistency in fragrance, but due to the use of natural ingredients and hand-pouring techniques, there may be slight variations in scent strength and aroma from batch to batch. This is a natural characteristic of handmade candles and does not affect the overall quality of the product.
Burn Time: The burn time of our candles may vary depending on factors such as room temperature, air circulation, and wick maintenance. The estimated burn time provided is an approximation and may vary from candle to candle.
Candle Care: To ensure a safe and optimal burning experience, following the provided candle care instructions is essential. Failure to do so may result in an increased risk of fire, personal injury, or damage to property. We are not responsible for any misuse or neglect of our candles, or damage to any persons or property.
Allergies and Sensitivities: Our candles are made with various fragrance oils and natural ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to fragrance, paraffin / coconut wax blend, as well as other natural ingredients, please refrain from purchasing the product. We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions caused by allergies or sensitivities.
Fire Safety: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Place candles on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use. Follow all general fire safety precautions when using our candles.
Liability: Our candles are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We cannot be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from using or misusing our candles.

All candles, especially scented ones, will produce some smoke and soot. However proper burning (keeping wick trimmed 1/4” before each burn, avoiding drafts, and following candle care tips) will help eliminate this problem. (More details in Candle Safety or Candle Care session)
